Downs...

5. Pointless Tag Match

If this writer missed it, please clear this up: Why were Charlotte Flair and Natalya suddenly teaming out of nowhere?

The two superstars’ careers have intertwined before, but Monday, they teamed up to defeat the IIconics in dominating fashion. It was so dominating, Charlotte beat up Peyton Royce, mocked them, tagged out, let Nattie take the “heat” segment, and then Natalya simply shrugged it all off and finished Peyton with the Sharpshooter.

There wasn’t even a need for a “hot tag” here. Nattie just brushed off the IIconics’ offense to win it herself. And the reason for the match or the makeshift tag team itself was never made clear.

And it wasn’t even that good of a match. So why were we watching it again?
