6 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Oct 28)

4. Plugging A Glitch-Filled Game

Poor WWE. They’re in a no-win scenario.

The company is committed to plugging its own video game, WWE 2K20, but at the same time, the game has been one of the most widely ridiculed WWE releases in memory. Entire articles have been written about the myriad glitches, which have been featured on Twitter and YouTube, with some of the graphical errors too stunningly stupid to believe.

And yet, we have promotional segments paid by 2K20, commercials dedicated to the game, and even the announcers making references to the game. In an ideal world, WWE would be backing away from a game that is so terrible that people are demanding refunds – and are getting them.

Even though the company’s hands are likely tied, they’ve got to find a way not to continue advertising on the show for a horrific game. It’s just an all-around bad look.
