6 Ups And 5 Downs From WWE NXT 2.0 (Dec 14)

4. Ivy Nile Is Still A Diamond

It may not have been as impressive as her other NXT 2.0 showcases to date, but the record still shows that Ivy Nile picked up another important victory in emphatic fashion during last night's broadcast.

But alongside Nile not having it all her own way and being made to look decidedly average on occasion, the lack of chemistry between both Nile and Amari Miller seriously took the steam out of this one early. Clunky chain wrestling and a real lack of intensity for the most part made the majority of the contest feel rather flat.

However, in all honesty, few will remember the content of what came before another savage neck crank submission victory from the Diamond Mine gem. And the sight of Nile executing dips and push-ups mid-move will always be enough to pop this dumb writer. Minutes maketh the worker, though, so here's hoping Niles can continue getting her reps in and improving her fundamentals en-route to a bright future.
