6 Ups And 5 Downs From WWE TLC 2017

3. Braun Is Still A Monster

If WWE was looking for a way to make Braun Strowman look superhuman even while his team took the loss at TLC, they hit upon a great answer Sunday.

Kane turned on Strowman during the match, chokeslamming him through a gimmicked part of the stage, then toppled a hanging display of chairs on top of him. But because Braun isn’t human, he got back up and had to be subdued by all four of his teammates and thrown into a trash truck and get trapped in the compactor bin.

Now that is how you take a guy out of a match. It was over-the-top and crazy, but it worked. And Strowman will have a great opportunity to now seek revenge on all four. If WWE is smart, they’ll use this to make Braun more of a tweener, a guy who fights anyone, not just babyfaces or heels.
