5. Undisputedly Stupid

This is a minor storyline issue, but storylines are important if we're to care one jot about anything going on before us. Is there any explanation whatsoever for why The Undisputed Era interrupted Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura to pick a fight, knowing they'd probably land one - with the odds evened up?

The main roster is a complete IQ vacuum; this was fundamentally stupid by a group whose intelligence has allowed them to dominate NXT over recent times. Given all four men are in action at WarGames on Saturday night - a match guaranteed to take a hefty toll - and then all have Survivor Series duties the day after, why in sweet Christmas would they give themselves additional work on Friday? Bravado? Boneheadedness?

Liverpool FC are arguably the best football team around right now, yet despite their almost unlimited resources, recently took umbrage with having to play in two competitions across two days. Adam Cole should have taken a leaf out of Jurgen Klopp's book, told an irresponsible Triple H where to stick it - he's the champion, after all, he has some sway - and took the night off.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
