6 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 14th)

4. Still A Good Match

Despite everything that was wrong with the mini-angle of Dolph Ziggler standing up to the Authority and losing, he and Triple H still had a pretty good match.

Surprisingly, Ziggler was on offense a lot throughout the match, gaining numerous near-falls and hitting the WWE World Heavyweight Champion with a flurry of high-impact moves. At a couple points, he shrugged off Triple H€™s offense and came right back with his own, which was surprising in and of itself.

Yes, Dolph lost a match that could have given satisfying closure to a storyline, but the bout itself was entertaining and had fans rocking by the end, buying into the near-falls. That€™s the sign of a really good match. Sadly, the cheers also were a sign that WWE could have given fans what they wanted for a change.
