This is a strange thing to list as a “down,” but it certainly can’t be a positive.

Did anyone else notice how heavily Goldberg was perspiring after Brock Lesnar attacked him? The new WWE Universal Champion looked like he had just set the ring up by himself before taking an F-5. Instead, he simply had sauntered down to the ring and mostly stood there while Paul Heyman lectured him.

When Brock picked him up, you almost had to worry if a guy whose only real bump he’s taken since returning was being eliminated from the Royal Rumble could get injured.

Maybe that’s what it was – Goldberg’s nerves kicked in about not getting hurt. Because if Goldberg was sweating that heavily from taking a single bump, then maybe we should be questioning his conditioning for any kind of real match at WrestleMania XXXIII.
