2. Miz Makes Good On Promise

When The Miz returned to Raw a couple weeks ago, he told Roman Reigns he was just holding his Intercontinental Championship warm for him and pledged to get it back.

Monday night, Miz kept his word and captured his eighth IC title. Naturally, defeating Reigns did not come easily or cleanly, as the Miztourage and an exposed turnbuckle came into play, but he still hung with Roman long enough to nab a victory. And the Brooklyn fans certainly made sure Miz felt great about his title win.

In reality, this probably helped pave the way for Reigns to move on to a likely WWE Universal Championship match at WrestleMania (hell of a consolation prize if it happens), but for one night, Miz was on top with the gold.
