Even if The Miztourage start picking up some big wins, that is not enough to position them as a threat to the most formidable stable of the last decade. This is the same unit that beat Evolution at successive pay-per-views, whitewashing them in a 3-on-3 elimination match.

A squabbling Shield, though, opens up lots of possible finishes at TLC.

The loss of the RAW Tag Team Championship could be used to tease this trouble in the ranks. Ambrose and Rollins have been mortal enemies since the group’s split in 2014, and the biggest reason behind their reformation was to go after Sheamus and Cesaro’s titles. If they were dethroned by Axel and Dallas, what motivation would they have to stay together?

Miz is a cunning heel and should use his microphone time to try to create tension between the reunited brothers, reminding them of how Rollins famously stabbed them in the back, and walked out on them the last time they teamed - against the Wyatt Family in October 2015. Or he could go the other way and try to turn Rollins and Ambrose against Reigns by referring to The Big Dog as WWE’s chosen one, and the breakout star of The Shield.

The Ambrose and Rollins reunion is not going to end happily, so viewers know that a betrayal is coming somewhere down the line. Stirring up distrust and jealously between the three individuals would be a good way to make fans think that it could go down at TLC.
