6 Wrestlers Who Should Have Ended Brock Lesnar's WWE Reign Of Terror

1. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe is 120% ready to main event the big leagues - he has been for years - and is the perfect monster replacement that fans will wholeheartedly follow.

Joe has been in the business for a long time, and he's one of many indie darlings no one ever thought would EVER be picked up by WWE. So why not take full advantage of this? You want shock value, WWE? Take Joe out of NXT (where it feels like he's been for an eternity) and enter him at the Rumble right after Lesnar, eliminating him with ease, leading to a showdown at WrestleMania for the ages. He's a genuine threat to the system in the best way possible, and a professional wrestling icon with years in him yet.

Joe has been a huge part of the star power that built NXT, and although it needed that initial buffer, it needs to serve its purpose as a developmental brand. The experience of Joe would be invaluable to the main roster, and he would be the undisputed best man to guide it into through the New Era head on.
