6 Wrestlers Who Suffered Most From WWE Royal Rumble 2018
1. Baron Corbin
Between wasting his Money in the Bank briefcase against Jinder Mahal, losing the United States Title to Dolph Ziggler (who - as discussed - isn't exactly pulling up any trees himself) and now this, Baron Corbin has endured a rough past few months.
It's pretty obvious why it was decided that he should be eliminated after just 80 seconds in the match. His ensuing attack on Finn Bálor and Rusev meant that the ring was completely free for Elias to begin serenading the Philadelphia crowd.
But, in the long-term, it doesn't appear anything will come of it. Bálor is on Raw, which would appear to rule out any chance of a feud with him, whilst Rusev - like Corbin - is (for now) still a heel.
Besides, didn't they do this exact same thing at last year's Elimination Chamber, when he viciously attacked Dean Ambrose after being pinned? It's clear The Lone Wolf doesn't like losing, but he seems to have a pathological aversion to winning as well.
