4. NXT Tag Team Titles: Wesley Blake & Buddy Murphy Vs. The Lucha Dragons (Sin Cara & Kalisto)

It was a bit of a surprise when Blake and Murphy beat the Lucha Dragons on NXT on January 28. It appeared as though the Lucha Dragons were going to have a long title reign. Instead, Blake capitalized on an opportunity by covering Kalisto during their tag title match and that was enough for the win. It was treated like a big surprise with the fans giving a big reaction for the title change. The Blake and Murphy duo have been teaming together since August. Their title win was one of those situations where WWE probably felt like winning the titles would elevate them to be bigger stars in the eyes of the fans. What WWE needs to work on with Blake and Murphy is giving them a tag team name, develop their personas and let them grow as a duo. They are young enough in their careers that they still have a lot to learn. Keeping them as a team for a year or two would be the best thing for them. Establishing them as a great NXT tag team will help them a lot too. These teams have wrestled a number of times, so they've developed a good chemistry. It should be an entertaining match that gets around ten minutes. Perhaps the reason that Lucha Dragons lost the tag titles is because they will be called up to the main roster soon (Sin Cara is already there) or maybe they want Kalisto to be a breakout star as WWE's next Rey Mysterio.
