The former WWE Tag Team Champions, represented by Big E & Xavier Woods, will square off against the not so recent NXT call-ups, Kalisto & Sin Cara. There's potential in this to be a fun event due to the antics of New Day and the in-ring dynamism of Lucha Dragons.
Who Needs To Lose: New Day
New Day are fresh off of their short tag championship reign and will eventually be facing off against The Prime Time Players again. A loss at this event won't hurt their status in the tag division and a win by the Dragons on this event might establish them as credible challengers for the belts.
Who Will Likely Lose: Lucha Dragons
Even though Kalisto and Sin Cara could easily become championship contenders with a win in Tokyo, it's not likely. New Day are the current big thing and are weathering their loss to Titus O'Neil and Darren Young. WWE shouldn't toy with their popularity by following up their strap losses with another loss against a team that's only booked so-so.
