7 Minor Changes That Would Make A Big Difference To WWE Elimination Chamber 2018

4. Get Nia Jax In The Chamber

The women’s Elimination Chamber match is a peculiar thing. The staging of the match is long overdue, and immediately following on from the inaugural Royal Rumble match is more than likely the right time to do it. There is also enough intrigue around Alexa Bliss and her championship for it to be interesting from a creative point of view.

Despite the positives, it is difficult to get overly excited about the match. At least half of the participants have less than zero chance of winning the match, and that isn’t including Bayley and Sasha Banks. Mickie James, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose are bit-part players at best in this history-making encounter.

She may not have made the progress that many hoped, but the Chamber match will miss the dominating presence of Nia Jax. Nia performed well in the Royal Rumble, and her issues with the champion have been dragging on long enough and are in need of an end. Jax would have been considered one of the favourites had she been in the match, and the bout itself would have been all the better for that extra intrigue.
