7 Positives From WWE Royal Rumble 2015 That Shouldn't Be Overlooked

7. Cesaro & Tyson Kidd Are A Tag Team On The Rise

The Kickoff Match between Tyson Kidd and Cesaro taking on The New Day's Kofi Kingston and Big E was probably the second best match of the night. It was supposed to be a six man tag with Adam Rose teaming up with the heels, but Xavier Woods had an ankle injury, so it was made just a regular tag match. Going into the match, the thought was The New Day would win just because their act is pretty new, they're the babyfaces and we figured WWE would want to push them. Instead, it was the talented heel duo of Kidd & Cesaro that got the win thanks to some awesome teamwork. It was a nice surprise to see Kidd get the deciding fall on Kingston too because Cesaro has been the one to get their wins a lot of the time. A lot of fans are upset that Cesaro didn't take off as a singles wrestler. The good news is that he can still thrive in a tag team. This team with Kidd is going to be great as long as they get a chance to go after the tag titles. It might not be time for Kidd and Cesaro to go after the Tag Team Titles yet, but when that happens they'll have a lot of great matches with The Usos. That's something to look forward to.
