What if no one watches?

OK, to be fair, people will watch. But what if the spectacle of Trump doesn’t draw the audience that WWE (and more importantly, FOX) hopes for? Getting the President of the United States to appear on your show should ensure a huge number in the ratings, so even if more people tune in, you really need to see a spike in numbers to call it a success.

Truthfully, WWE will lock down more than one draw for the debut episode. However, the president will claim victory for himself regardless if the ratings are huge, while critics will point to the other draws. If ratings don’t spike, watch out for the long knives.
