7 Reasons The Undertaker Shouldn't Sign A New WWE Contract

6. His In-Ring Ability Is Going Downhill Fast

The second biggest shock of Undertaker's loss to Brock Lesnar was his actual in-ring performance. It was arguably the first low quality WrestleMania match since his casket match against Mark Henry (in 2006!). Since 2013's show-stealing victory over CM Punk, the Deadman had slowed noticeably. Many blamed it on a concussion reportedly sustained early in the match; others simply attributed it to the fact that the Phenom was human after all, and a 49 year old one at that. The Wyatt encounter was a far more straightforward performance which, although lacking the incredible shock value of the loss to Lesnar, saw the Undertaker wrestle at an acceptable - if somewhat underwhelming - standard. There is every chance that, were he to return again in 2016, he'd be able to put on an entirely satisfactory show - but does anybody want to see the Deadman work a middle-of-the-road match? Undertaker's WrestleMania matches are supposed to be long, epic battles, and many would prefer 'Taker to step down rather than inevitably fail to meet the ridiculously high benchmark he previously set himself.
