Similar to Paul Bearer being The Undertaker's father, Paul Heyman has served as a father figure to not just Brock Lesnar, but CM Punk, Steve Austin and every other "Paul Heyman Guy" in wrestling history. As well, just as Paul Bearer would oftentimes hold The Undertaker's urn, Paul Heyman held onto the WWE Championship in a similar manner as the source of life and passion for Lesnar-as-Undertaker. When in possession of the urn (just as when Heyman possessed the World Championship), the Undertaker was unstoppable and had that extra 10 percent of life-force energy that made him that way. As well, 'taker lived for the urn, and when he did not possess it, was much more human and able to be defeated.
