7 Reasons WWE NXT Takeover II: Fatal 4-Way Was Worth $9.99

7. Fatal 4-Way Match Delivers

First and foremost, the main event was an awesome showcase of several great performers. You got to see just how talented Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn, Tyson Kidd and even Tyler Breeze really are, and how well they gelled together. If they all got called up to WWE within a short time of each other, they could ignite a spark in the main promotion. Considering the name of the PPV was Fatal 4-Way, it€™s probably a good thing the four-way match delivered. For longtime NXT fans, they got to see the latest chapter in Zayn€™s never-ending (and never-achieved) quest for gold, the continued evolution of Kidd and a twist with Neville. For newcomers, the match painted a perfect picture of four guys slugging it out, with each of the challengers seemingly with their backs against the wall for one reason or another. It was the kind of match that could make someone new an instant fan, and that€™s the best you could ask for. One thing that the promos and match did was raise the question of why Tyson Kidd isn€™t back on Raw and just killing it in a Shawn Michaels-esque role. He€™s undersized and over-talented. Give him a good bodyguard this time around (and not Jackson Andrews) and let him flourish.
