7 Talents WWE Need To Sign

7. Alex Shelley

Alex Shelley One half of the Motor City Machine Guns, Alex Shelley is someone I thought for sure would end up in WWE at some point. Despite this, once Shelley left TNA he made a B-line for Japan, the country he loves. The Machine Guns, Shelley and Chris Sabin, were arguably the best tag team of the past decade, which made Shelley's departure from TNA a bittersweet one. It was the right move for Shelley however as TNA never gave him a proper singles push and, after years on the side-lines, they were unlikely ever to. Now he is in Japan and doing what he does best; wrestling. Alex Shelley is a handsome man with a good physique, mic skills and the wrestling expertise to make him very successful in WWE. Shelley was always the more charismatic of the two Machine Guns, which made him the mouthpiece for the group, so that's an area of his game that he would have no problem adapting for WWE. In an era when so few wrestlers seem genuine or legitimately funny on the mic, he would make a great addition to the roster.
