Such eagerness to put on the best matches possible extended to Cesaro nearly breaking his neck/killing himself at Clash Of Champions last September. The final match in the 'Best Of 7 Series' would disappointingly end in a draw, leading both men to team together, but not before Cesaro nearly ended his own career.

Diving out of the ring at Sheamus, Cesaro decided at the last minute not to extend his arms like usual and instead go for a head butt. Sheamus wasn't prepared for this, causing Cesaro to bounce off his body and spike himself on the ringside mats horribly. It looked like Cesaro landed right on top of his head. Ouch.

Afterwards, a concerned Chris Jericho pulled Cesaro aside and told him he was too big to dive and shouldn't ever do it again. To this day, Cesaro has kept that advice in mind. That dive looks worse the more you watch it and could easily have ended in disaster.
