7 UFC Fights Brock Lesnar Could Take Next

2. Alistair Overeem

Alistair Overeem holds the other unavenged loss on Brock Lesnar's record, and it comes with a huge asterisk attached to it. Prior to their fight at UFC 141, Overeem found himself in some hot water, missing a required drug test. He worked out a deal with the athletic commission that gave him a six month conditional license, one that required extensive testing before and after the Lesnar fight.

Overeem would beat Lesnar, using brutal knees and kicks on a body recently ravaged by diverticulitis. However, weeks after the fight, Overeem failed a drug test, showing a massively elevated T/E (testosterone/epitestosterone) level. He was suspended, but the loss was never overturned to a No Contest.

After returning from suspension, Overeem looked like a changed man, literally. He was shrunken. He lost three of his next four fights, all by knockout/TKO. He was a shell of his former self. However, he turned things around and would go on a four fight win streak that has led to a title shot at UFC 203. Win or lose, he'd be a compelling fight for Lesnar, and he has actually called out Lesnar repeatedly over the years - including when Lesnar was still technically retired, with no return in sight.

Could these two go at it again? It's possible.
