7 Ups & 2 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Sep 1)

3. Mr. And Mrs. John E. Bravo

Had this not happened, then we'd be calling the brawl between The Deaners and XXXL the greatest Wrestle House segment in the show's brief history.

Rosemary battled Taya Valkyrie with John E. Bravo not only serving as the referee for the bout, but also being up for grabs in the match. As a match, it was rather enjoyable, with 'The Demon Assassin' even stealing Taya's spear at one stage, before flying shoulder-first into the turnbuckles, and being planted with a Road to Valhalla to secure 'Wera Loca's' victory in Impact's first winner gets John E. Bravo match.

Despite this, no-one could have predicted what would have occurred after the bell. Getting down on one knee, Bravo proposed to Rosemary, with a yes coming from the mouth of the former Knockouts Champion. Just like that, Wrestle House ended in a way that seemed unlikely just a few short months ago.

This is clearly what Wrestle House had been building to since it began. The twist in the middle with Lawrence D becoming attracted to 'The Demon Assassin' added a bit of depth to the story, but all that mattered was the end result. Sure, The Deaners and XXXL may be heading back to the Impact Zone battered black and blue, and Susie may be going back a possible murderer, but we now have the wedding of Rosemary and John E. Bravo to look forward to.

Wrestling weddings never go wrong. Right?
