7 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE Raw (Results & Review - 16 Oct)

Downs...

3. The Miz’s Complaint

The Miz Jackie Redmond
WWE

Time to tackle those negatives first.

The Miz complained to Jackie Redmond that he was relegated to the third hour of Raw's season premiere rather than being front and centre to kick off the show. Heels being delusional is nothing new, but... why was this even scripted on the format sheets? It didn't really make much sense.

Redmond clearly had some time scheduled with Miz to talk, so what were they going to chat about if not this complaint? The whole thing resulted in a nothing promo only penned to fill a minute or two. In other words, it was totally useless and didn't go anywhere anyway because Nia Jax gate crashed.

Miz questioned whether or not Adam Pearce was the right man to run Raw, then suggested that new SmackDown GM Nick Aldis get the gig on both major brands. Couldn't they have kept this sort of thing back for Raw Talk/YouTube?
