1. MJF Makes The "Worked Shoot" Click

This was a masterpiece.

MJF cut a "worked shoot" promo for the ages. He's one of the only guys in AEW who could make this sort of thing work, and little lines like: "I make you feel" resonated when he was chewing others out for relying on high spots during matches to get a pop or star ratings from Dave Meltzer.

There was a heartfelt reality in amongst all the bluff, WWE chat and references to Tony Khan paying him what he's worth. Friedman called Tony out for reaching into his deep pockets for castoffs from another promotion, then called himself the "best in the world".

It's doubtful whether or not this should veer into Tony vs. MJF territory (wrestling may never get over boss vs. wrestler scenarios), but All Elite has some story on their hands with all this. MJF's promo will get people talking.

Deep down, wrestling fans also know he's right too. That's the beauty of it.
