7. Women Work To Win Over The Fans

Iyo Sky versus Natalya had “foregone conclusion” written all over it when the match graphic for the Queen of the Ring popped up. Iyo has to be a contender for the tourney, if not at least a final four wrestler.

The two seemed to be having a pretty average match, but they picked up the pace on the back end, including a pinfall reversal sequence that transitioned into Nattie hitting a Ligerbomb for a surprise two count. Sky quickly countered a Sharpshooter and nailed a Meteora and moonsault to escape with the win.

While not a great match by any stretch, this contest benefited from low expectations and delivering a fun finish. It also put Iyo back in the win column after losing her WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 40, which she needed.
