7 Ups And 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Dec 4)

Downs...

4. Please Nia, Just Say No To ‘Zo

There are moments when you realize that WWE could be going down a certain road, and much like those old horror movies where moviegoers should to the unsuspecting victim, some might have done the same thing Monday night.

In this case, they would have shouted to Nia Jax to not go down the road of flirting with Enzo Amore.

It’s very possible this was a one-off and won’t be spoken of again, but if WWE is considering having Nia flirt with Enzo, then someone needs to smack some sense into the writers. This isn’t Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella, Take 2.

The backstage interaction only lasted a second, with Jax asking the Cruiserweight Champion how he was doin’, and it actually got a decent reaction from the amped Los Angeles crowd, but it just felt horribly odd and like it would be a forced disaster.

(Of course, this column has been 100% wrong about stuff like this before. See pairing Sheamus and Cesaro.)
