7 Ups And 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Dec 4)

2. Booker Babbles

Contradictions in WWE are about as commonplace as chairshots and headbutts, but that still doesn’t mean that we can’t call out someone who seems to deal in them by the dozen.

Booker T is a passable announcer some weeks, but other times he’s downright aggravating to listen to. And even though Michael Cole and Corey Graves have taken to outright calling him out on his contradictions, Booker is becoming more and more annoying when he goes off the rails, particularly when it comes to Jason Jordan.

Maybe Booker is trying to make a greater point about the youngster, but it gets completely lost as he flip-flops several times in a matter of seconds. Even with Cole and Graves mocking him, it’s still ridiculous.

Bobby “The Brain” Heenan made a career out of doing it, but that was part of his shtick. With Booker, you get the feeling he really doesn’t realize he’s contradicting something he said two minutes earlier.
