7 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (July 9)

4. Fare Thee Well, Jose

He might not be in danger of being fired, but any semblance of a push for No Way Jose is clearly over.

It was pretty evident Monday night, when Jose was basically in an extended squash against Mojo Rawley, who kept coming at his opponent even after getting hit with a move. Rawley shrugged off several of Jose’s punches to finally flatten him with an Alabama Slam.

But what helped crystalize the belief that Jose is not going to be a featured player on TV is that his conga line entrance – the one thing that really gets fans behind him and makes him stand out – wasn’t aired.

When you’re “already in the ring” and losing matches like No Way Jose did Monday night, it doesn’t bode well.
