7 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (June 22nd)

5. Heyman Does Face?

It€™s such a weird sight to see Paul Heyman playing a good guy €“ it almost feels unnatural. Aside from his role in restarting ECW, Heyman has been almost exclusively a heel during his WWE tenure €“ and he really was only a hero to the ECW faithful. But there was Heyman Monday, rallying fans around Brock Lesnar and laying into Seth Rollins. Sure, it wasn€™t much different than when he picked apart John Cena last summer or Undertaker before that, but this time, he was playing up to the fans as an €œofficial€ face, not the cool heels fans love to cheer against Cena and Roman Reigns. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnYq_kgdA_Q Knowing that Heyman rarely does good guy, it makes you wonder if he€™ll turn his back on Brock at some point. There€™s precedence for it: He bailed on Brock more than a decade ago in favor of Big Show, and he also turned on CM Punk in 2013. That probably won€™t happen this time €“ Lesnar really is best as a silent assassin €“ but it€™s still interesting to note.
