Wrestling is a very difficult profession that requires years of training and practice, and even then, the best pros can still screw up.

But still, we have to call out mistakes when they greatly affect the execution of the story. So when Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles tumbled to the ring off the turnbuckle and had to improvise a powerbomb/Styles Clash combo, it threw things off, including Randy Orton’s slide-in distraction, Mysterio’s rollup and the end of the episode, which came seconds after the pinfall.

It wasn’t awful, but it definitely didn’t come off well, and being the go-home episode before TLC, that was the last image you saw before the PPV. It’s a shame, because AJ and Rey are all-timers. Better luck next time.
