Once upon a time, the Money in the Bank winner would hold onto their contract for the perfect moment, sometimes weeks or months in the distance.

But lately, it’s become something that is cashed in almost immediately. And Bayley added to that list Sunday night, when she cashed in shortly after winning the briefcase, defeating Charlotte Flair to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion just minutes after Flair defeated Becky Lynch to win the title.

This semi-aggressive side of Bayley seems to be working well for her, as she had fans chanting her name as she celebrated in the crowd. It’s not likely that you can totally rehab a person in one night, but this was a pretty good step for her.
