We are at a point in human existence where our differences have us at a boiling point with one another. When opinions don't align, all manner of fallout can happen. A lot of these divisions are of a more serious nature and so can be justified, but one of the more bizarre recent discourses to make people completely lose patience with one another is the discussion on the shape of the earth.

The flat earth theory is something bizarre to have even become a topic of conversation, but Daniel Bryan took these matters into his own hands by suggesting that AJ Styles was "a flat earther" on a 2016 episode of Talking Smack. Styles knew instantly that this had the potential to tarnish his reputation, and so he did his best to blow off Daniel's jibes while still maintaining that there are some valid points to the flat Earth theory.

Debates about the Earth's axis are not the kind of things you expect on a post-SmackDown discussion show, and so Styles managed to escape the conversation relatively unscathed. Nevertheless, this awkward interaction lives on in the memory of fans to this day.
