7 WWE Facts And Stats For This Week's Raw (Aug 4 2014)

7. Heath Slater's First Singles Win On Raw Since 2012

To say Heath Slater hasn't had an easy go of it is a gross understatement. After his exit from Nexus and the Corre, Heath Slater had a forgettable singles run, that eventually led to the team of 3MB with the recently released Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal. Recently Slater has been the highlight of WWE Main Event, trying his best to form a tag team with Titus O'Neil, called "Slater Gator." The team has picked up two straight televised tag wins, and entertained the fans in the process. Albeit a small improvement, it's a far cry from Slater's recent past, as Monday saw Heath Slater get his first singles win on Raw since November 2012, with a victory over Jey Uso in England. To find Slater's last victory on a live edition of Raw, you have to go all the way back to July of 2012, when Slater beat Doink the Clown, before being dropped with a Diamond Cutter by DDP.
