7 WWE Superstars Who Need New Theme Songs

5. Randy Orton

'Voices' is a good song. True, the lyrics are ridiculous and melodramatic, but overall, it fit Randy Orton as his character molded into that of a vicious psychopath.

The problem is that whenever Randy does not play the role of a psycho, such as currently, the use of 'Voices' as a theme is totally incongruous. On SmackDown, you’ve got Randy cutting promos about how he’s gonna defeat Jinder Mahal the American way, and that he’s part of a proud lineage of wrestling, and that he’s earned respect. You know, ra-ra ‘Murica babyface stuff.

Why then, is he still coming out to a theme song with lyrics about how rules, religion, and justice are all lies, and that voices in his head give him dark, evil thoughts?

It’s a shame that Randy apparently loathes his old song, 'Burn in My Light' by Mercy Drive, because it would be a good song for him as a babyface or a cocky heel. Regardless, he could use something similar for times when his character is not hearing voices in his head who counsel him and understand.

Of course, he could always be a lunatic, but then who would cut insincere “America is #1, yaaaay” promos when John Cena’s not around?
