7 WWE Wrestlers Who Deserved Better At WrestleMania 33
4. Big Show
From the moment Shaq surprisingly entered himself into the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32, it was assumed that the basketball icon would go one on one with Big Show at WrestleMania 33. The match was all but confirmed six months before 'Mania, and Big Show subsequently set off on a determined quest to get in the best shape of his career.
The 'World's Largest Athlete' succeeded, losing considerable weight and looking leaner than at any other point in his career outside of 1997, but the match with Shaq has subsequently fallen through and as a result Big Show finds himself shoehorned into the battle royal once more.
Show could yet win the trophy for a second time, but all signs seem to point to Braun Strowman standing tall in the 2017 'Mania battle royal. At this stage in his career it can be argued that this is the best role for the giant, but when one considers the work he has put in to get in shape and the fact that this is likely to be his final WrestleMania, it is hard to agree with his position this year.
Big Show has been the very definition of a 'company man' for almost two decades, and as such deserves a better WrestleMania swan-song than the one he will be getting.
