8 Booking Steps To Braun Strowman Vs. Brock Lesnar At WWE WrestleMania 34
1. Elimination Chamber - Strowman Wins, Books WrestleMania Spot
As SmackDown Live got the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in 2017, it is only fair to assume that the flagship show will get it next year. The Chamber match will (obviously) headline the show, as six men will do battle for the right to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34.
As for who is involved in the match, it doesn’t matter so much. I’d lean towards Cena, Joe, Bray Wyatt, Jeff Hardy, and The Miz (along with Strowman), with Reigns on course for a WrestleMania Shield triple threat and Bálor feuding with AJ on SmackDown.
It should be clear to all and sundry that Braun Strowman is winning this match. Usual WWE booking would have him enter last and destroy everything in his path, but I would instead have him come in 3rd or 4th. Strowman would pick the bones of those who entered before him (say Hardy, Joe and Miz), before having a one-on-one with former leader, Bray Wyatt.
Braun will eliminate Wyatt, with John Cena the last man out of the pod. Once again these two stars will go head to head, and once again Braun comes out on top. Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman at WrestleMania 34 is official.
Paul Heyman will return at ‘Mania to introduce his advocate, but it won’t help Lesnar. Strowman will come out on top, ending Lesnar’s year-long reign as WWE Universal Champion and finally establishing himself as the new beast in town.
