There have been countless reports of WWE reaching-out to former talent to return as part of the draft ever since it was first announced. With the roster split in two, Raw and SmackDown will have half as many wrestlers to fill the same amount of air-time, so there’s a clear need to fill those gaps with old and new faces alike.

While several high profile names like Goldberg, MVP, and Kurt Angle have been heavily-touted, Stevie Richards has emerged as a late candidate for Raw and SmackDown. According to his Instagram page, the former Right to Censor leader and Blue World Order member has been present at the WWE Performance Center for two consecutive days, fuelling speculation that he’s about to return.

There’s every possibility that WWE are looking to take Richards on as a coach rather than an on-air talent, but he’s still a very capable wrestler, and was most recently seen competing in Ring of Honor throughout June. Stevie Richards isn’t a marquee name, but his experience would make him a perfect enhancement talent to help put younger wrestlers over in modern day WWE.
