8 New Directions For WWE After Clash In Paris 2025
2. Becky Lynch By Seth’s Side
'The Man' will reveal on Monday's Raw whether or not she's set to join The Vision full time or if she was simply helping her husband when he had nobody else to turn to. So, yeah, it remains to be seen if WWE will make her a permanent member, but it’d make sense and be believable. Both Becks and Seth are heels anyway, and they've got similar tyrannical, power-hungry characters on screen.
Lynch helped her fella when nobody else could at Clash. Besides, anyone who had the misfortune to witness it would want them to put 2019’s union right. That was guff and included tag bouts vs. Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans, but a 2025 version sounds more appealing. This time, Becky's momentum won't be scuffed by teaming with Seth. Maybe leave the jovial butt slaps at home though, on both sides.
This is serious business.
A 2025 version of Rollins and Lynch has potential to become this generation's go to power couple. Think Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in 2000 if the latter was a top in-ring worker. Add in Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman to the unit and you've got one of the most impressive, fully-fleshed out group lineups in living memory.
The Corre or Team PCB, this isn't. Becky doesn't need to give too much of an explanation as to why she stepped up for Seth, but she can still cut an anti-CM Punk promo anyway. All going well, that'd lead neatly into one of the most-sought after comebacks of the past decade plus.
Burn it down? Nah. Light. It. Up.
