In an explosive SummerSlam tag team match back in 2015, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose unleashed their fury on The Wyatts until 'The Big Dog' performed one of the longest sell jobs in recent memory.

Luke Harper drove through the ropes and into Reigns before delivering a Super Kick with enough force to send ‘The Guy’ over the announce table.

And then Reigns just laid there for the better part of five minutes.

And laid there.

While his absence allowed 'The Lunatic Fringe' and The Wyatts to shine under Handicap Match conditions, it equally detracted a few minutes in. Viewers at home focused on the movement in the ring, while those in attendance couldn't help but notice Reigns still trying to sell the attack, which largely consisted of the occasional squirm and wrist-grab. Soon, fans began to chant, "Roman's Sleeping," a phrase that was far from a pat on the back from the WWE Universe.
