9. First Clean Pinfall Defeat - Elimination Chamber 2014
The Shield were in the mix for a WWE World Heavyweight Championship shot when The Wyatt Family rained on their parade. Messrs Rollins, Ambrose and Reigns took part in a six man tag team match against the team of Daniel Bryan, Sheamus and John Cena on RAW, with the three winners qualifying for 2014's Elimination Chamber match where the belt was on the line. The Wyatt's interfered, costing The Shield their shot at the big time. This set up a feud between The Wyatts and Shield, which kicked off with a match at Elimination Chamber 2014. Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose battled off into the crowd, before Wyatt returned without Ambrose, leaving Reigns and Rollins outnumbered. After spearing Luke Harper, Reigns was smashed in the face by Bray before The Buzzard hit Sister Abigail on Roman for the win. Big Dog, down.
