If all you saw of Scott Steiner was his two-year stint with WWE from 2002 - 2004, please do yourself a favour and watch some classic Steiner Brothers action or some of Big Poppa Pump's singles work in WCW.

Few mainstream stars have been quite as snug as Scott - and his brother Rick, for that matter - and it was that hard-hitting style and legit mat-based background that made the Steiners such an iconic tandem for so long.

Of course, one thing that both brothers are known for, is their slightly erratic, shouting promos. And for Scotty Steiner, the oft-deranged on-screen antics of his Freakzilla character have been known to overflow into real life.

Why Steiner deserves a spot on this list is down to how WWE once feared he would invade a Hall of Fame ceremony and attempt to murder Hulk Hogan.

This was back during the weekend of WrestleMania 31, with WWE fearing the one-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion would crash that 2015 edition of the Hall of Fame.

With Steiner having bumped into Hogan's wife Jennifer at a California airport ahead of 'Mania, Jennifer alleged that Scotty threatened to murder Hulk. The Big Bad Booty Daddy denied these claims, insisting he simply told Hogan's wife how the Hulkster being the one to induct Randy Savage into the Hall of Fame was bullsh*t.

Either way, WWE - at the request of Hulk Hogan - informed its security personnel to keep an eye out for a HOF run-in from Steiner.
