8 UFC Stars Set To Dominate 2020

3. Amanda Nunes

Amanda Nunes is currently on a run of ten successive victories, which include wins over Ronda Rousey, Meisha Tate, Holly Holm, two wins over Valentina Shevchenko, and handing Cris Cyborg her first loss in 13 years. Throw into the mix the fact that Nunes is the current UFC Women's Featherweight Champion and the UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion, and you can say The Lioness is on a bit of a roll.

While the women's strawweight division has several names capable of being the best in that weight class, it's hard to see anybody being able to knock Nunes off her featherweight and bantamweight perches just yet.

Ketlen Vieira had been talked about as a possible 2020 opponent for Nunes, but her recent first round loss to Irene Aldana looks to have put the brakes on that fight. Then there's the tease of a cross-promotional boxing match against Claressa Shields as being something that could happen.

Regardless, the current state of the UFC's featherweight and bantamweight divisions suggests that Amanda Nunes' jiu-jitsu skills and striking power are simply too much for any fighter at either weight class right now.
