8 Ups & 2 Downs For AEW Collision (12 August)

2. The Prospect Of Big Meaty Men Slapping Meat

While the inclusion of ATV's Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto took some of the shine off the segment, we've now got the mouth-watering proposition of Powerhouse Hobbs and Miro squaring off at All Out.

The one mild bonus of Solo attempting to attack Miro two weeks ago, was that this might lead to the Redeemer against Hobbs, and thankfully that is indeed now the case.

Two big strong boys who like to lay their shots in, Miro and Powerhouse should make for a lot of fun at Chicago's United Center at the turn of the month. But not just does the match itself have a whole lot of potential, this also gives both men something more to sink their teeth into.

For Miro, squash matches and promos about his god, his gold, and his gorgeous wife were all well and good, but the Bulgarian Brute needed to eventually move on to something more. For Powerhouse Hobbs, he was in need of a new focus after putting his awful alliance with QT Marshall (hopefully) behind him.

In pairing Miro and Hobbs up, there's now something hugely intriguing on the table for both men.
