8. A Sweet & Slick Women’s Tag

It's nice to see Alexa Bliss back inside the ring for the first time since Elimination Chamber in early-March, but it’d be even nicer if WWE had a solid plan for her. On the bright side, Alexa might just be getting something going with fellow veteran Charlotte Flair, and that's something fans should keep an eye on. Further, Bliss and Zelina Vega made for a well-oiled team on Friday.

Speaking of which, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven are gold together. This guy still isn't sold on Vega taking the Women’s US Title from Chelsea, but you’ve got to treat each match/segment fairly in isolation. This tag bout was as solid as they come. Longer term, would anyone be adverse to Alexa eventually turning on Zelina and either winning the title herself or leading to another reign for Green? Either scenario could work.

One thing Triple H has to be mindful of is letting Zelina become overshadowed by bigger names like Alexa. It doesn't seem like her United States Title run is going to last too long, but there's no need to drop all interest and bury her without at least trying to see if there's more to her spitfire babyface act.

Chelsea's overall importance to the wider women's game shouldn't be dismissed either. She's fantastic whether she's putting the boots to a rival or selling like the rent's due. WWE must realise the strong character they have on their hands here. At any rate, it's lovely to lavish praise on some of Zelina's work after weeks of snot-nosed disinterest before her match with Piper on last week's SmackDown.

Call 'em how you see 'em, basically.
