5. Sikoa Goes Solo With Success

Despite having an entire Bloodline at his beck and call, it was nice to see Solo Sikoa defeat Dolph Ziggler on his own Monday night.

Sikoa drew the match after he and his brothers the Usos attacked Kevin Owens, with Dolph demanding the bout as retribution for the Bloodline’s attack a few weeks back. As usual, Ziggler was a human ragdoll for Solo, bumping around as the Enforcer dominated large portions of the match.

Ziggler got close to picking up the win, even nailing a Zig-Zag, but an attempted Fameasser was turned into an elevated Samoan Spike for the Sikoa win. Victories like this only help build Solo’s credibility and reputation. Considering he’s the newest – and least experienced – member of the Bloodline, that sort of thing is pretty important to his development and status in fans’ eyes.
