3. GYV Notch Another Win, Set Stage For A Tornado

For weeks, the teams of the Grizzled Young Veterans and Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher have gone back and forth both verbally and physically. Last night was no different as Zack Gibson and James Drake took on the duo of August Grey and Ikemon Jiro.

A charismatic performance from Jiro, equipped with an eye-catching jacket you'd be wise to leave well alone, and the presence of Ciampa and Toothless Timmy at ringside wasn't enough to catch Gibson and Drake off guard, however. One Ticket to Mayhem later, GYV were celebrating another victory before claiming they had nothing left to prove to the men they'd bested not too long ago.

Clearly, Ciampa and Thatch had other ideas. So, in order to settle their issues once and for all, a mouth-watering Tornado Tag Team match was set-up for next week, with the victor no doubt being thrown into an NXT Tag Team Championship bout in the not too distant future.

Your writer has said it before, but this division is stacked right now, with the likes of Breezango, Imperium, and Legado all holding the potential to reach the very top on Tuesday nights. Hell, even Ever-Rise bring something fun to the party. Are you watching 'main roster'?
