8 Ups And 2 Downs From WWE NXT 2.0 (Sep 14)
2. The Creed Brothers Decimate, Bivens Welcomes Niles, KUSHIDA Wants Roddy
Though it was undoubtedly a busy night for the majority of the NXT roster, there's a case to be made for The Diamond Mine making the most moves when all was said and done.
First up, it was Julius and Brutus Creed once again showing off what they're best at: turning grown men into crash test dummies. Eating punches for breakfast and launching local competitors for fun, these lads made light work of their opponents and Julius again sealed the deal with a running tackle "unnecessary clothesline" combo.
As the dust settled on that masterful display from the newcomers, Malcolm Bivens then took this moment to put over his terrifying new additions, whilst also revealing Diamond Mine's latest acquisition - Ivy Niles. On top of "not eating a carb since 2005", fans may recognise Niles from The Rock's Titan games, and you can guarantee the queue won't be long when it comes to deciding on the specimen's first opponent.
To cap off a stacked segment for the squad that has never felt hotter, KUSHIDA then stormed to the stage and demanded Roderick Strong face him for his Cruiserweight Championship. That "big money" match will go down next week, and don't be too surprised to see Diamond Mine pick up their first piece of developmental silverware.
