8 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (April 30)

2. Moment Of Bliss

For weeks before WrestleMania, Alexa Bliss made constant fat jokes at Nia Jax’s expense, a move that garnered “downs” in this column for poor taste.

But WWE seems to have hit on something with its Moment of Bliss segments with Alexa. The former Raw Women’s Champion took to the airwaves Monday to complain about Nia bullying her, which provided a hilarious, semi-self-deprecating rant from Bliss. She alleged that Nia made fun of her at Disney World, asking if she was tall enough to ride the teacups and insisting she order from the kids menu.

All of it was clearly a hoax, but seeing Bliss lately turn her bullying around and falsely project it at her Backlash opponent has been entertaining, and it salvaged the distasteful storyline from earlier.
