8 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Oct 26th)

5. European Union Triumphs

The longer that King Barrett, Sheamus and Rusev continue to team together, the more it looks like they€™re forming an actual stable. And that€™s a really good thing when you consider that they€™ve been doing little of consequence in the weeks prior to teaming up. If they have formed an alliance, then it was good to see them win Monday night, despite going against fan favorites Ryback and the Dudley Boyz. The match was done nicely, with the faces getting their crowd-pleasing offense in toward the end of the match (including triple Meathook Clotheslines), but Barrett pulling out the victory by rolling up Bubba Ray when the good guys stupidly decided to get tables. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7-f-ta0kK4 Barrett and Sheamus could reasonably contend for the WWE Tag Team Championships, though the Celtic Warrior has the Money in the Bank briefcase to cash in. Still, if WWE is smart, the company will keep this trio together a little longer, at least to play out the string with them.
